The VAT is charged when a VAT-registered business sells to another business or to a private customer, and it includes the Road Fund Licence. If your business is VAT registered, you can therefore claim back:

If there is a change in the cost from year to year, we will notify you and send you a recharge invoice for the difference which will be claimed by direct debit. Any unexpired licence remaining on the termination or expiry of the vehicle schedule will be the property of Leasys.
